Overview
Since you can't delete Vault accounts, archiving them is one way to manage your Vault.
Important
- Archived accounts can receive incoming transactions. This will automatically unarchive the account.
- You cannot select an archived account in the Console as a transaction's source or destination. However, they are always available via the Fireblocks API.
- Archived accounts are not included in your Vault's balance chart.
- Transactions using archived accounts still appear in your Transaction History.
- You cannot archive accounts linked to Fireblocks Network connections.

Should I archive or hide my Vault accounts?
We recommend archiving accounts under the following conditions:
- Your workspace has fewer than 100 accounts accessed primarily via the Fireblocks Console
- You have one or more accounts with little to no activity that you don't want to see
