Why is my internal address listed as external in Transaction History?

Issue description

When an internal address is whitelisted in multiple wallets, the address will appear as an external source in your transaction history.

Resolution

Remove the address from the additional wallets until it is only whitelisted in one. The address will then be listed in your transaction history as an unmanaged wallet.

If the issue is still not resolved, contact Fireblocks support.
